Delhi Police busts fake ‘Life Saving’ Cancer, Diabetes drug operation – The Economic Times Video

Delhi: On the interstate drug racket of fake cancer pills busted by police, DCP Crime, Rakesh Paweriya says, “We received the information that there is a racket of anti-cancerous and life-saving drugs going on. In the first week of April, we raided Daryaganj and Bhagirath Palace. We arrested 3 people and seized a large amount of fake medicines… In the middle of May, we received another information regarding a foreign national carrying fake medicines… We busted that drug racket… He has travelled to Delhi approximately 5-6 times and supplied drugs in a large amount. Till now, we have recovered the drugs worth Rs. 5 crores… We have identified the mastermind. We will follow the further proceedings…”
